She ranks 11th nationally in home runs and became RPI's all-time leader in home runs (28) in April. Also RPI's leading fielder, Bach did not commit an error in 38 games, with 106 putouts and 27 assists on the season.

A Liberty League Performer of the Week twice and Pitcher of the Week honoree once, Bach is a two-time All-Region honoree, having been named to the Second Team in 2008. She has garnered All-League honors in each of her three seasons. She was the Honorable Mention designated player as a sophomore and a unanimous First Team selection and the conference Rookie of the Year as a freshman.

McCarthy, a Worthington, Ohio native, was named an at-large Third Team selection as a utility player, batting .371 as a starter in all 38 games. In addition to 49 hits in team-best 132 at-bats, she has a team-high 10 doubles and 35 RBI, with a triple and five home runs.
