HANOVER, Ind. – Senior captain Grace Tilton finished in 63rd place out of the 280 individual runners in the NCAA Championship meet on the Hanover College campus course. Johns Hopkins University took the women's team championship, while St. Scholastica senior Chelsea Johnson won the individual title in 21:11.7.

Tilton (Concord, NH/Concord) ran the 6K event in 22:20, which was an even 6:00 minute per mile place. She ran the opening 2K in 7:04, hit the 3K mark at 10:40 and the 2.9 mile point at 17:08.

Johns Hopkins had three runners among the first 11 across the line and finished with 85 points to defeat second-place Williams College (Mass.) by 52 points (137). Sophomore Hannah Oneda was third in the team battle in 21:27.7 to pace the Blue Jays. Senior Annie Monagle had a 10th-place finish with a time of 21:43.5 and junior France Loeb followed in 11th place in 21:44.6.

St. Olaf freshman Noelle Olson was second in the 280-runner field with a time of 21:22.3. Williams' senior Kaleigh Kenny was third overall in 21:23.7.
