Tilton was also honored by the league after winning the only event she entered, the 1000 meter run, in a time of 3:00.3 at the season-opening Bowdoin Invitational in early January. The Engineers finished second in that meet with 163 points, which trailed Bowdoin (246) and bested Conn College (107).
