Lovisa Selander.
Quinnipiac held its one goal advantage until 3:20 into the second period when Brown scored to make it 2-0 over Rensselaer. Right off the faceoff, Kosta won the puck back to Connery at the top of the left face-off circle where she carried the puck into the slot before backhanding the puck to Nicole Brown on the left side of the crease. Brown tucked the puck past Selander for the goal.
Kristen Tamberg added her power-play goal just 58 seconds later to give the Bobcats 3-0 lead. Tamberg worked the puck at the left wing to Taryn Baumgardt on the point who then past it to Brown on the right wing. Brown stepped into a pass through the slot to Tamberg back on the left wing where she rifled a shot past Connery's screen in front of Selander for the goal.
Connery added a goal of her own with 3:52 to play in the second period for her third point of the game. Alicia Barry chased down the puck on the left side of the blue line before controlling the puck and dumping it behind the net. Kosta skated in from the right side to take the puck and hit Connery with a pass just inside the left face-off circle. Connery one-timed the shot past Selander for the 4-0 lead.
